Simon launches most sustainable menu yet in the UK this September with Uber Eats
The menu includes a 51 salad ingredients grown on our 'Our Farm' alongside meat, fish and dairy sourced from local suppliers.
Ingredients will be transported from Cartmel via electric van and the dishes will be delivered in fully biodegradable packaging created from seaweed. Read more
