Festive Plans

It always feels far too early to mention Christmas, however, with October underway and celebration dates in the calendar, I wanted to share our plans with you.
The festive season is always a magical time in Cartmel. If you are looking for somewhere special to celebrate this year have a look at our Christmas and New Year's Eve packages. We will also be offering 10% off purchases made at Our Shop for any diners eating with us at Rogan & Co or at L'Enclume in December. Simply present your bill when visiting the shop.
Away from The Lakes I enjoyed cooking a hay baked celeriac dish alongside Galton Blackiston and Glynn Purnell on Saturday Kitchen and for almost 1000 peers at the AA Hospitality Awards, a busy night in the kitchen for the team and I! I have also been working on a cookbook which I am really looking forward to sharing with you soon.
With Aulis London opening shortly it is an exciting time and will no doubt be December before we know it. Don't forget to follow us for the latest Aulis news.
