The Benriner Japanese Mandolin Slicer is made from a sturdy plastic, with high quality, ultra-sharp stainless-steel blades, perfect for finely slicing fruit and vegetables. This mandolin is a favourite of our chefs as it comes with three interchangeable blades, allowing them to julienne vegetables in different thicknesses.

All orders will be dispatched during the week commencing 16th December 2024, except for our tiramisu, which is collection only. We process orders from Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that all food products and beverages are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can not be held liable for any mistakes made when a customer adds a shipping address.
For clothing and accessories, we operate a 30 day return policy from the date your parcel arrives. We can only process returns for items which are in their original condition and are unworn and unmarked.
