Zingi Bear A sparkling soft drink made with organic ingredients 6x330ml
Whilst having a lot of fun experimenting / fermenting / blending / brewing, founder Laurie discovered an old-school style of drink called a 'switchel' - a super thirst-quenching beverage, once drunk by thirsty farmers as an elixir by day, and then as a mixer for spirits by night. All the flavours sat so well together - a zing from the apple cider vinegar, backed up by ginger and lemon, then rounded out with honey. A perfect way to start an evening with friends in your garden or to take on a picnic.
Exton Park is an award-winning 55 acre single-estate vineyard located in the heart of the famous South Downs National Park, just outside of Winchester.
This label has been produced as a celebration of Exton Park's close relationship with Chef Simon Rogan and his restaurants, including world-renowned L'Enclume in the Lake District.
A recipient of multiple awards, the Exton Park Rosé is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. This distinctive wine was vinified by very slow direct pressing of the grapes to obtain its subtle flavour and delicate floral fruit flavours.
