Our Farm Oil Set
A selection of oils, made by our chefs in The Lakes. Use for marinades, dressings or as a simple seasoning.
Our Coal Oil is served in a number of Simon's signature dishes at L'Enclume and is the ultimate accompaniment to meat, fish and vegetables. It transforms any dish with a subtle, smoky flavour. The Coal Oil is accompanied in this set by Lemon Thyme Oil which we use to dress salad leaves such as chicory or crunchy greens like runner beans that we grow on Our Farm in Cartmel. Last but not least, our chefs have created a Roasted Garlic Oil, which can be used when searing meat and vegetables or simply tossed through gently wilted kales.
For a perfect gift, this handpicked collection is available to be beautifully packaged in a gift box finished with ribbon.
Please note as we use fresh products sediment may build up at the bottom of the bottle, before use please shake for best results.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched during the week commencing 16th December 2024, except for our tiramisu, which is collection only. We process orders from Monday to Friday.

Returns
Please be aware that all food products and beverages are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can not be held liable for any mistakes made when a customer adds a shipping address.
For clothing and accessories, we operate a 30 day return policy from the date your parcel arrives. We can only process returns for items which are in their original condition and are unworn and unmarked.
