The Whiskymaker's Editions 'Reflections' Limited Release Single Malt
To mark the 20th anniversary of L'Enclume, we have worked with The Lakes Distillery to produce The Whiskymaker's Editions Reflections, a limited-edition single malt whisky.
Suggestive of the autumnal Lake District in character, on tasting Reflections, spiced pumpkin and fragrant wood spice evolve into apple compote and warming cinnamon.
The label has been designed by local friend and artist Hideyuki Sobue and is inspired by the marigolds on Our Farm.
