- Coal Oil -
Our signature Coal Oil which is used at three Michelin-starred L’Enclume. It can be poured over meat, fish and vegetables, use in a marinade to add a smoky, charred flavour.
250ml. Use by date: approx 12 months.

- Lemon Thyme Oil -
Oil infused with lemon thyme from Our Farm, perfect to pour over grilled meat, fish or drizzled over warm vegetables.
250ml. Use by date: approx 12 months.

- Mushroom Salt –
This earthy mushroom salt is made with dried mushroom, yeast flakes and sea salt, It adds depth to soups, pasta or risotto.
40g. Use by date: approx 12 months.

- Fennel Salt -
Our fennel salt is made with with dried fennel from Our Farm. Sprinkle over fish or add to fish soups and chowders. 90g. Use by date: approx 12 months.
