White chocolate, gently cooked to caramelise the sugar.
As used at Rogan & Co in the chocolate pot dessert. Melt into cream and set for a delicious panna cotta.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched during the week commencing 16th December 2024, except for our tiramisu, which is collection only. We process orders from Monday to Friday.
