Skof X Balance Pine Saison

For our latest beer collaboration, we've teamed up with Balance, a local Manchester brewery and taproom that specialises in traditional brewing methods. Together, we've created a limited-edition saison, which is infused with pine foraged from the countryside surrounding Cartmel in The Lakes. We used a mix of wild yeasts and bacteria to bring complexity to the beer before leaving it to ferment in oak wine barrels for eight months.
Tasting notes from our friends at Balance - "The base beer brings fruity funk and acidity, underpinning the pine character. You'll find notes of earthy dried lime, chamomile, and rainy autumnal woodland. The flavour builds as you drink and finishes with a soft resinous bitterness."
We've only produced a very small number of beers, so get yours before they're gone.

All orders will be dispatched during the week commencing 16th December 2024, except for our tiramisu, which is collection only. We process orders from Monday to Friday.

For clothing and accessories, we operate a 30 day return policy from the date your parcel arrives. We can only process returns for items which are in their original condition and are unworn and unmarked.
