This Black Pepper and Garlic Purée is a serious flavour bomb and will spice up your home cooking. We use it in our Dexter Beef Bavette tart, which kicks off our tasting menu. We recommend brushing it onto meats before grilling, whisking into gravy, or adding a spoonful on the side of a classic northern pork pie.
